- The guide on the double decker bus and host on the cruise is bilingual (English & Spanish), but the Airboat Tour is only in English.
- In order to make it to your 4pm cruise, you will need to board the Double Decker Bus in South Beach no later than 2pm.
- Boat check-in closes 5 minutes prior to departure. Customers arriving after this time will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.
- All tours operate rain or shine
- Foldable Strollers & prams are allowed
