Torres de Serranos
This ancient gate is one of those twelve gates which formed the Christian wall of Valencia. The architecture of these Serrans Towers has been inspired by the Gothic gates of that era.
Torres de Serranos
The famous Saint Mary’s Cathedral or Valencia Cathedral is a Roman Catholic parish church which comprises of several 15-th century paintings by Roman artists. There is a mix of architecture you will find here ranging from the early Romanesque, Valencian Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical.
Valencia Cathedral
A nobility palace with rich Gothic exterior facades and interiors of 15-th century. It is regarded as a paragon of nobility and opulence.
Stop 4
A central public market consisting of one of the main works of Valencian Art Nouveau. This market is one of the largest in Europe with architectural influences of Valencian Gothic style and Gothic- baroque.
Stop 5
A Valencian Gothic-style civil building built in the 15-th century is also a Unesco World Heritage Site. This site dramatically illustrates the power and wealth of one of the great Mediterranean mercantile cities.
Stop 6
Founded in the 13-th century, this gothic church has a famous rose window alluding to a miracle of Saint Nicholas. It also consists of an outdoor chapel known as the fossar which is however a neo-gothic 19th-century recreation.
