Itinerary

Indigenous Market

We leave from your hotel in Quito to our first stop, which is the Indigenous Market.

Depending on the day of the tour we can visit one of the indigenous markets that we can visit along the way such as: Thursday Saquisili Market, Wednesday and Sunday Pujili Market and Saturday Zumbahua Market

Río Toachi Canyon

We’ll make a stop at this strategic viewpoint. From here, you’ll enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view of the deep canyon that holds the Quilotoa Lagoon,  a stunning sight where the turquoise water contrasts strikingly with the surrounding volcanic crater.

Quilotoa Lagoon

Begin the downhill hike toward the crater floor, where the lagoon awaits. Enjoy the unique experience of being at the base of the extinct volcano and the tranquility by the water's edge. For the return ascent to the rim, the choice is yours: you can opt for a challenging hike or rent a mule for a more comfortable ride back up.

After our last stop, we will return to Quito to drop you off at your hotel.
