Meet & greet with our representative in central Bucharest. Please arrive 5 minutes before departure. After a short introduction, we depart for the Slănic Prahova Salt Mine.

Slănic Prahova: Visit the Salt Mine

Explore the impressive Slănic Prahova Salt Mine, one of the largest salt mines in Europe. Descend underground to discover its vast chambers, unique microclimate, and fascinating history. You will have approximately 2 hours of free time to explore the mine.

Bucharest: Drop-off

Return to Bucharest in the afternoon. Drop-off will be in central Bucharest; however, the exact location may vary depending on traffic conditions and local restrictions.

Please Note

  • The temperature inside the Salt Mine is approximately 12°C (54°F), so warm clothing is recommended.
  • The Salt Mine entrance ticket is included only with the “Ticket Included” option. With the “Ticket Paid On-Site” option, the entrance fee must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
  • For the “Ticket Paid On-Site” option, please bring €20 per adult and €15 per child in cash for the Salt Mine entrance ticket.
  • Please bring €20 per adult in cash for the Tsarevets Fortress admission and guided group visit. Tickets are arranged for the group to ensure smooth entry and a coordinated guided visit.
  • This activity may require up to 5 participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • Children under 4 years old cannot join the shared tour.
