Upon arrival at the airport or bus station, a driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to the selected hotel.

In the afternoon, we will start the tour visiting the Temple of Coricancha, aslo known as Golden Temple, for its gold richness that this place housed. This symbolic place has a clear example of the fusion between Incan and Hispanic cultures, and during the Spanish conquer, the temple’s base was used to build the Church of Santo Domingo and its famous convent.

Then, we’re going to visit the Cathedral of Cusco located in the Main Square, to appreciate a beautiful religious paintings of the Cusco School. Also, it was declared as a World Cultural Heritage, as well as a Historic Monument of Peru.

Later, we will visit the religious temple of Qenqo, place where the Incas worshiped their Gods like the Sun, the Moon and the Earth. You will have an incredible experience exploring through its underground passageways, and admire a semicircular amphitheater.

We will continue this entertaining excursion in the military compound of Puca Pucara, which means “Red Fortress” for its reddish infrastructure.

Then we will go the water’s worship center of Tambomachay, with aqueducts and waterfalls provided from nearby springs. Definitely, the Inca civilization had an advanced and surprising construction engineering. Drop-off at El Regocijo Square and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day visit to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will start the tour in the Pisac market, where you will find typical Peruvian handicrafts, looms and souvenirs.

Then, we will have lunch in a typical local restaurant.

Later, we will reach Ollantaytambo Fortress. Its temple was the headquarter of Inca’s army, as well as a religious and agricultural place. It has stunning views, and more than a hundred Inca platforms with an advanced irrigation canal for that period.

We will transfer you to Ollantaytambo train station, and you will take your Expedition train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and prior meeting with your guide for the visit of Machu Picchu. Overnight in accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Machu Picchu, and you can go very early. The guided tour will be approximately two hours, and then you will have free time the rest of the day.

In the afternoon, at the indicated time, you must arrive at the train station in Aguas Calientes, to depart by Train Expedition to Ollantaytambo station. You will be transferred to your hotel located in the city of Cusco. Overnight in accommodation.
