Itinerary
Stand Up Paddle Boarding on Mae Ping River
8:30 am Hotel Pickup , drop off at the shop for sign up and river lessons
9:30 am drive to the Mae Ngat valley, Ping River Put IN
10:30 am Final Paddle stroke check and take off down the river
2:30 pm arrival at our lunch place at take out
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm return to your hotel (let us know if you have another activity you need to get to)
Children : This SUP trip is suitable for children from 12 years old accompanied by an adult in a double SUP , 16 years and above can be on single SUP

- Paddle boarding is an awesome work out , you can choose to break up the trip 1/2 kayaking and 1/2 paddle boarding. Excluded are river fee /insurance 150 baht
