Itinerary

Stop 1

Meet & Greet your Kingfisher Representative from the Colombo Port and head towards Kandy enroute via Kegalle,
Enjoy the Sri Lanka’s world renowned spices at their source. Visit a spice garden, where smells of cinnamons, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and mace overwhelm the senses and the visitors are provided an insight into an age old industry of spice production, which attracted many a European and Asian merchants to the ports of ancient Sri Lanka.

Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was built in the 16th century as the place of veneration and protection for Lord Buddha’s sacred tooth. Walk through the beautifully embellished passageways and elaborately painted halls, done in red, cream and black. Lounge against delicately carved pillars and get amazed by the beautiful golden statues. Get an unforgettable experience of history and art.

Go to the Hill Top to capture a Wonderful View of Kandy City Sightseeing the Local Markets

From the mines to the jewelers, professionals will share their passion and knowledge with you. Learn how the raw stones are found and experience finding one at first-hand. Visit a gem mine and see what it is really like inside these mines, that have the expensive gems. You will not only observe how gems are cut and polished, but also learn how to do it yourself.
