Itinerary

From Panama City to Anton Valley

Departure from Panama City to Anton Valley by taking the Pan-American highway.

Hiking up the Sleeping Indian Mountain – Duration 1 hour

Once you have reached the crater start your journey with the hike up the famous sleeping Indian mountain with the phenomenal Panoramic view of the crater and the Pacific Ocean. Depending on your physical condition you might reach the top of the mountain in 1-2 hours or set your own record.

Wet Rappel activity – Duration 1 hour 15 minutes

You first go through the security process with one of the wet rappel experts on site, your harness or equipment is provided and you are assisted with it. Then go up the waterfall where you will start your descent, there you will go to the 2nd phase of security process and further instructions will be provided.

Town Exploration and Lunch – Duration 1 hour 30 minutes

This is the perfect opportunity to get to know the destination at your own pace, you may visit the farmers market, souvenir shops and as well to have lunch.
