Itinerary
Day 1

You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport by our Alaitol Safaris Team and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha town, you will meet your guide who will brief you on your upcoming trek and do an equipment check to make sure you have all the necessary mountain gear. Gear which is missing can be rented on this day.

Begin your journey on narrow rainforest trails, where you'll set out with many other groups on this popular trail.
Overnight: Machame Camp (9,850')

Vegetation gets sparser as you ascend into the heath, where alien-looking giant groundsels tower over the rocky slopes.

Enjoy expansive views of the Barranco Valley from your camp at the base of the Barranco Wall.Overnight: Barranco Camp (13,004')Hours trekking: 6-7

A challenging scramble up the Barranco Wall is rewarded with breathtaking views from the top. Continue over ridges and valleys before a steep hike to camp.

As you near the summit, the landscape starts to resemble the surface of the moon. Keep an eye out for towering lava formations, remnants of Kili's fiery past.

Headlamps snaking up the mountain light your way during an overnight summit bid. Celebrate your success with a few quick pictures at the top before trekking much of the way back down the mountain.

Complete your descent through the rainforest to Mweka Gate at 5,364 feet. Land Cruiser/Rovers will be waiting to take you to your choosen hotel in Arusha town for a shower and rest.At the hotel its time to take a warm shower, swimming and get some laundry done.

Depart with your naturalist driver guide with picnic-lunch to Tarangire National park; Tanzania’s third largest National Park & Sanctuary for elephants. Game drives inside the National Park. In the afternoon continue to you Lodge/Tented camp for dinner & overnight.

After breakfast depart with picnic-lunch to Serengeti. The drive leads through Ngorongoro Highlands with a stop at Olduvai Gorge to visit the Museum. In the afternoon first Game Drive in Serengeti National Park.You will stay for 2 nights at Serengeti with game drives

Morning and afternoon Game Drives in Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon Game Drives in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti forms together with Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve; Africa’s most famous wildlife park. The annual wildebeest migration (coined the great migration) through both of these parks, is the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than million animals following the rain. The game viewing doesn’t end here: large prides of lions, elephants and giraffes in the grasslands, gazelles and elands just to mention a few. In the afternoon return to your lodge and enjoy a private sundowner with your group.

In the morning depart with picnic-lunch to Ngorongoro Crater. Descent into the Crater to view game on the vast grasslands of the crater-floor. Spectacular animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. Local wildlife includes black manned lion, the highly endangered black rhino, wildebeest, zebra, elephant, hippo, jackal and hyena. In the afternoon continue to your lodge. You will stay for 1 nights.

After breakfast guided farm walk with an introduction to the cultivation of coffee. Return with picnic-lunch to Arusha with arrival in the early afternoon.
