- Should your travel plans change, do not worry. I Asia Thailand will do all possible to change your booking to fit with your new travel arrangements free of charge.
- Only wheelchair accessible if wheelchair is can fold up in mini-van
- * Regardless of age, the following will apply when entering Phuket Fantasea so please make your booking accordingly...
- ...Free for children under 100cm. Children between 101 to 140cm will be charged the child rate. Children over 140cm will be charged the adult rate.
- Guests who opt for the seats with dinner at Golden Kinnaree must arrive 45 minutes prior to entering the theatre.
- Please arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes before the start of the show. Gates open 20 minutes before.
- The 'Fantasea of a Kingdom' performance commences at 7:30pm
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited. All visitors are required to deposit all cameras, video cameras and any recording devices (including mobile camera phones) at the camera check booths located at the security check area before entering the theatre. Self-service lockers are also available.
- An extra fee will apply should you wish to upgrade to Private Transfers. (advance notice required)
- An extra fee will apply for Transfers from/to Phang Nga (Khao Lak) only available on some days of the week and may be subject to change (advance notice required)
