Cook with a Chef and Shop Sant Ambrogio Market with Unli Wine

Meet at La Chicca and start with a coffee. The chef will tell you what's likely to be good at the market that morning, and together you'll get a rough idea of what the day's menu might look like.

A one-minute walk from the restaurant. The chef walks you through the market, pointing out what to look for — how to spot good fish, why one vegetable is better than another that day, what a good stall actually looks like. You'll get to handle things, ask the vendors questions, and help pick out what you're bringing back.

Back at the restaurant, you'll wash up and get started cooking the full menu, course by course: snacks, a pasta or rice dish, sauces, a main, and dessert. Wine is poured throughout — white, red, sparkling, or rosé, whatever you prefer. Unlimited for the whole session.

Sit down and eat what you cooked, with more wine alongside it. There's no set end time — stay at the table for as long as you'd like.
