6 Days Small Group Safari To Masai Mara, Nakuru And Amboseli

Your tour starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and drive to Masai Mara. This drive will take about 5 to 6.5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Masai Mara shortly after noon and check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Enjoy a full day game viewing in the rolling grass of Mara with endless plains where more than two million wild beast gnu's are migrating from Serengeti in Tanzania with their calves. Visit the banks of Mara river to try and spot the hippos. You will have an optional visit to a Maasai village to learn their unchanged culture. Later dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will check-out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive at the Lake Nakuru where you will check-in and have lunch. After lunch, you will embark on a game drive around the shores of Lake Nakuru. This game drive will provide the best bird-watching and viewing of black and white rhino. Later in the evening, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at. Dinner & Accommodation.

An early bird and game viewing drive as you exit the Lake Nakuru National Park. You will proceed to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight.

You will rise early and take off for a morning game drive with some amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up over the summit. A packed lunch will be provided during the drive. An optional visit to a Masai village can be planned after breakfast. This tour reveals the singing and dancing of the Masai that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. You will also get a glimpse into their homes and social structure. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is one of the best wildlife areas in the whole of Africa to experience elephant at close range. Later in the evening, you will return to the camp for dinner.

You will wake for early morning game drive and this early morning is one of the best times to see Mt Kilimanjaro. An early morning light reveal the Mountain Kilimanjaro turned into dark hue of purple and its snow into an ethereal pink and the sight of the mountain high above herds of elephants crossing the Amboseli plains is a timeless African image. You head back to the camp for breakfast and later pack your bags and then drive back to Nairobi.
