Set off from Edinburgh for a full day exploring some of Scotland’s most impressive landscapes and historic landmarks. Your journey begins with a scenic drive into the heart of Perthshire, pausing in Pitlochry, a welcoming Highland town known for its traditional charm and surrounding woodlands.

Continuing north, the route opens up to views of towering peaks and deep glens before reaching one of the most celebrated railway structures in the country: the Glenfinnan Viaduct. This sweeping stone bridge, framed by sweeping hillsides, has become a beloved sight thanks to its appearance in the Harry Potter films.

Your lunch stop is the coastal village of Mallaig, where you can sample local seafood. In the afternoon, the tour returns south along one of Scotland’s most scenic corridors, travelling through legendary Glen Coe. Its rugged cliffs and expansive valley floor offer some of the most striking scenery of the day.

After a final stretch across the Highlands, the tour concludes back in Edinburgh, ending a memorable journey through some of the country’s most extraordinary places.
