Please Note

Identification: Please ensure you carry a valid form of identification, such as an ID proof or passport, with you during the tour, as it may be required for boarding.
Arrival Time: Guests are expected to arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time may result in a 100% no-show fee being charged by the service provider.
Seating Arrangement: Seating on board is arranged by Bustronomy and may be shared with other guests during tours with high capacity.
Safety Precautions: Bustronomy prioritizes guest safety and takes all necessary precautions on board. Please exercise caution when moving around the bus, especially on staircases.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.
No refund will be provided for services that are partly used (e.g., if you leave the tour before its completion).
