Please Note

  • Identification: Please ensure you carry a valid form of identification, such as an ID proof or passport, with you during the tour, as it may be required for boarding.
  • Arrival Time: Guests are expected to arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time may result in a 100% no-show fee being charged by the service provider.
  • Seating Arrangement: Seating on board is arranged by Bustronomy and may be shared with other guests during tours with high capacity.
  • Safety Precautions: Bustronomy prioritizes guest safety and takes all necessary precautions on board. Please exercise caution when moving around the bus, especially on staircases. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.
  • No refund will be provided for services that are partly used (e.g., if you leave the tour before its completion).
  • Route Information: Please review the Bustronomy route map beforehand, especially noting that the Burj Al Arab view is exclusive to the dinner tour.
