Itinerary
08:00 – Departure from Thessaloniki
Meet at the Statue of Eleftherios Venizelos, Aristotelous Square (Egnatia Street). Board the bus and begin your scenic journey toward Mount Olympus.
09:00 – Short Break near Korinos (approx. 20–30 min)
Stop at a rest area to stretch your legs, grab a coffee or snack, and use the facilities before continuing the drive.
10:15 – Arrival at Agia Kori Parking Area
Reach the base point of Agia Kori. Get ready for light walking and a refreshing experience in nature.
10:20 – Walk to the Chapel of Agia Kori (approx. 5 min)
Short downhill walk (approx. 173 steps) to reach the beautiful riverside chapel.
10:25–10:30 – Brief Pause at the Chapel
Pause for photos, a quick candle lighting, or to refill water before continuing.
10:30–10:45 – Hike to the Natural Pools of Agia Kori
A short hike through the canyon:
• First 5 minutes: a steep uphill path (caution for knees)
• Next 10 minutes: flat, shaded forest trail
10:45–12:00 – Free Time at the Waterfalls & Natural Pools (Vathres)
Enjoy swimming in the cool, clear mountain pools or relax by the waterfall.
12:00 –12:15 – Return Walk to Parking Area
Walk back to the parking area via the same scenic route, mostly flat and easy-going.
12:15 – Departure for Palaios Panteleimonas
Board the bus and enjoy a short ride to one of the most picturesque mountain villages in Greece.
13:15–15:45 – Free Time in Palaios Panteleimonas (2.5 hours)
Explore cobbled streets, shop for local goods, or relax at a taverna with traditional Greek food and stunning mountain views.
15:45 – Return Journey to Thessaloniki

18:00 – Arrival in Thessaloniki
