Gevrek: Izmir gevrek is a type of simit, a Turkish sesame-crusted bread ring, that is especially popular in İzmir. It's typically crunchier and darker. 

Gözleme-Ayran: Gözleme and Ayran make a classic Turkish pairing.

Sarma: Sarma is a traditional Turkish dish made of grape leaves stuffed with a mixture of rice, ground meat onions, and a variety of spices.
