Red Sand Dunes

Linh Long Temple
Also known as Ve Chai Pagoda, Linh Long Temple is located in Trai Mat District 8 kilometers from Da Lat city center. The temple surface is covered in stunning mosaics, and the main hall houses two rows of cobblestone mosaics; the walls and ceilings are all inlaid with thousands of tiny pieces of broken terracotta, porcelain, and glass. The structure also boasts the heaviest bell in Vietnam, weighing 8,500 kilograms, beside which you can find the 18-meter-high golden statue of Bodhisattva decorated with over 600,000 flowers. There’s a place inside the temple where tourists can write their wishes on small yellow pieces of paper, stick them to the bell, and chime the bell three times to send their prayers to Buddha.

Located 18 kilometers from the northeast of Phan Thiet, this geological area is a water stream close to Rom Island surrounded by a mix of white and red sand dunes on one side and a grass-covered field full of trees, blossoming flowers, and coconut palms. Remember to take your shoes off and wade through the ankle-deep water to visit the Fairy Stream.
