Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is located in Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. It was officially opened to the public on March 29, 2014, and is the world's largest ocean theme park.
It has a total of eight theme parks, which fully integrates rare Marine animals, top amusement equipment and novel large-scale performances, and strives to build and create the world's top theme park independently developed by Chinese people and with independent intellectual property rights.
Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has set seven records in a row, and won the "Theme Park Outstanding Achievement Award" issued by the global Theme Entertainment Association TEA in 2014, which is the first time that a Chinese theme park has won this "Oscar" award in the industry. In 2017 and 2018, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom won the TEA Award again with "5D Castle Cinema" and "Ocean Night Float Parade". In 2019, the number of visitors to a single park in Chimelong Ocean Kingdom of Zhuhai reached 11.736 million, ranking eighth in the world theme park and first in China theme park: ranked first in the world in Marine theme park and ranked first in tourist reception.
