Stage 1
Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino in Bodbe Monastery, where the great Georgian saint Nino rests. Here you will walk the Christian path of Georgia and learn the legend of why Nino was buried in Bodbe. You will be able to plunge into the healing waters of the holy spring and, perhaps, hear the prayers of many, many generations of believers.
Stage 2
Sighnaghi little Italy and a big dinner The warm and heartfelt nickname Sighnaghi "city of love" appeared rightfully: here you can get married at any time of the day and here the artist Niko Pirosmani strewed flowers for his beloved (the song "Million Scarlet Roses" is about this story). You will walk along the streets in the Italian style, see the longest fortress wall in Europe and enjoy the panoramas of the Alazani Valley.
Stage 3
You will visit a wine cellar in Sighnaghi and a restaurant overlooking the Aladzni Valley, where you will taste several types of traditional Georgian wine. (Wine tasting is free) You can also visit a restaurant of your choice, where you can taste dishes prepared according to Georgian Kakhuri traditions.
Stage 4
About wine and more At the Kindzmarauli Corporation in Kvareli we will visit the workshops of the oldest winery, the construction of which dates back to 1533. You will taste traditional wines of the Kindzmarauli microzone, which is distinguished by its beautiful vineyards. We will taste ancient wines and get acquainted with the local wine culture.
Stage 5
Gremi - the Georgian Orthodox Cathedral is located in Kakheti, the history of Gremi as a city begins in the 15th century, King George made it the capital of the Kingdom of Kakheti. There was active literacy and caravan routes. The Grem architectural complex consists of various buildings. The curtain wall and the secret passage of the Intsobi river. There are also baths, a market and a caravanserai.
Stage 6
Telavi History Museum We will visit the palace of King Erekle II in Telavi. Telavi tour is ideal for those who want to enjoy beautiful views, medieval monasteries, royal palaces and visit the wine region. The 900-year-old curtain in Telavi is our symbol.
Stage 7
We will return to Tbilisi on the Gombori road near Telavi with a view of the Caucasus Mountains at an altitude of 1620 meters.
Stage 8
Return to Tbilisi at 20:00 at the starting point near Maidan Bazar.
