Enjoy an immersive experience in the wonderful world of wine on this wine and cheese tasting in Paris. During your 1.5-hour tasting experience, your host – an expert ‘caviste’ – takes you on a journey into traditional French winemaking. Sample three varieties of wine and two types of cheese, gain understanding of the importance of terroir, and learn how to pair different wines and cheeses for appealing flavor combinations that suit your palate. Numbers are limited to 8 people on this intimate small-group tasting experience.

Amman, Jordan

You will be picked up from your hotel with a private English – Speaking Driver either in the morning or afternoon, depending on the time you chose for this activity. Proceed to your cooking class that offers lunch and dinner classes, located in the heart of Amman either “Beit Sitti” or “Lebanese House Um Khalil”, where you will be introduced to the charming area. Enjoy the atmosphere as you cook authentic Arabic dishes. The cooking takes place in a special location, with starters, salads, appetizers, and main dish; making it a unique activity and an enjoyable experience. When the cooking is complete, relish your hand made meal in the dining area. You have the chance to enjoy local wine (at your own expense) with your own cooked food. Finish your meal with a cup of coffee or tea, as is tradition in Jordanian houses to be served after you eat with local dessert or fruit of the season. After some rest time and your cooking class ends, you will be taken for a short panoramic tour in Amman and then return to your hotel by your own private vehicle.
