Emerald Bay State Park, Hwy 89 Emerald Bay, CA 96150

Lake Tahoe’s crown jewel – an oasis of shimmering greens, turquoise and blues against a strikingly beautiful mountain backdrop on the Lake’s west shore – this is Emerald Bay. Due to Lake Tahoe’s incredible clarity and depth, the colors of the lake are surreal, and Emerald Bay is the perfect place to take in the entirety of the scene.

Vikingsholm, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96142

Vikingsholm is considered one of the finest examples of Scandinavian architecture in the United States. It is now a part of the Harvey West Unit of the Emerald Bay State Park. The house is open for tours during the summer months and the magnificent scenery may be enjoyed all year around by those wishing to visit this beautiful setting.

Lower Eagle Falls, Emerald Bay, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

Eagle Falls is one of three waterfalls that eventually cascade down into the creek that runs into Emerald Bay. Your guide will take you on a novice level hike to the main waterfall. A man made bridge spans the waterfall and provides a scenic spot for your guide to photograph your party  Total duration : 90 minutes

Baldwin Beach Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

Baldwin Beach stretches for a half mile, with breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada mountains soaring in the distance. Unlike other Tahoe beaches, it great for swimming. There's also a nice paved trail that runs through the forest nearby; it's great for walking, running, or biking.
