- Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
- SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
- Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
- Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

- 2. Airport pickup will be arranged prior to the flight arrival time and if you would like to explore inside the airport , kindly contact us within 24 hours before the departure date. We will record as a no-show once the 75 minute wait time expires and a refund will not be issued.
- 3. If you book airport pickup and flight arrival between 23:00 hrs - 06:00 hrs. The additional charge is 10SGD per car pay direct to driver.

- Arrival pick up : The driver will be holding a signboard with your name at the “arrival hall exit belt” (glass door exit belt) closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
