Siem Reap Jeep Adventure: Explore Countryside & Floating Villages

First, you will be picked up at 8.30.a.m at your hotel by professional and experienced tourist guide and enjoy a full day tour discovering Siem Reap countryside by jeep.
You will get out of Siem Reap town to leave for the peaceful countryside where you can ride a bike through the villages along the red soil roads. Being flat all throughout, it will be a nice and peaceful ride. On the way, you will make a stop at the local fish market where you can witness traditional Khmer way of trading fish and daily activities.
Then, you will have time for a short break for some cool refreshment before resuming to the next part of the trip.
After that, you will continue your journey by paying a visit to one of the most stunning floating villages in Cambodia – Kompong Khleang. No sooner do you arrive at the village, you will get on a boat to head out in discovery of the floating village.
Then, you will be brought to a stilt house of very friendly locals in the village to share a typical Khmer lunch.
After lunch, you will go back on the boat and sail towards an island to visit a pagoda here. Besides exploring this pagoda, you can also walk by the monk school to observe the monks go about their daily routines.
Then, you go straight to the Vietnamese floating village. Unlike the rest of Kompong Khleang, the Vietnamese Village does not have stilt houses. Here, houses are constructed on floating objects that helps them afloat on the Tonlé Sap. The village moves along the river and up to the lake at some times of a year.
Afterward, you will come back to the jeep and begin driving back to Siem Reap passing by a different route to catch a closer glimpse of other villages by interacting with hospitable villagers.
Finally, around 5.p.m, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
