Traveling from Sapa to Hanoi on the overnight train was an intriguing experience for our family, especially in the shared 4-berth cabins. The train itself had a unique charm, though we found that the cabin could get a bit cramped for four, making it challenging to navigate our things. Overall, this journey offered a memorable glimpse into local life, but we would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness for a more comfortable overnight stay.

Our journey in the shared berth cabins was a memorable adventure, blending the gentle rhythm of the train with the stunning landscapes of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture. While the comfortable setting made for a cozy night, we wished the cabins had better ventilation to improve our experience.
