  • Due to the operations of the Eiffel Tower, the lift does not provide a direct connection between the 1st and 2nd floors. To reach the second floor, you will take a 5-minute walk up the stairs in the company of your dedicated guide.

  • Please DO NOT go into the tower. Meet us 30 minutes before the tour starts for checkin. We move into the tower at the exact time that the tour starts.
