Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

0700 Hours: After breakfast at the hotel in Nairobi we depart by road and drive through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park. Amboseli is home to the legendary Masai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of Elephant.
1200 Hours: Upon arrival at our lodge we check-in and lunch follows. Later we have some time to relax, swim and enjoy the camps/lodge grounds.

1530 Hours: We have our afternoon tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate before setting out on the afternoon game drive.

Amboseli offers some of the best opportunities to see African animals because its vegetation is sparse due to the long dry months.

Amboseli National Park is home to wild animals, which include the African elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffes, zebra, and wildebeest among other African animals.

There is also a host of Kenya birds, both large and small, to see if you keep your eyes open and stop at every sighting.

1830 Hours: Return to the camp/ lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Full Day Amboseli National Park

Spend the full day exploring the game reserve. Its sparse vegetation makes for a great opportunity to spot some of Africa’s most celebrated animals. Keep your eyes out for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and wildebeest, not to mention a myriad of bird life.

Day 3 Amboseli National park to Nairobi

After breakfast, optional visit to maasai cultural village as you leave the park, get your last glimpses of the great African beasts before a convenient transfer back to the city in which you started.
