My day hiking up Kirigalpoththa was an incredible escape into nature, with stunning views at every turn. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the unique flora and fauna of Horton Plains. Only downside was that the trail was a bit crowded at times, but the breathtaking summit made it all worthwhile.

Embarking on a private hiking adventure in the breathtaking landscape of Horton Plains was an experience to cherish. The trek up Kirigalpoththa Mountain offered not only stunning vistas but also a delightful sense of solitude amidst nature. While the vehicle ride to the trailhead had some bumpy moments, the beauty of the plains more than made up for it, making this journey truly memorable.
