Our trip starts outside Oslo Visitor Centre at Jernbanetorget. We will take the metro line Frognerseteren to Frognerseteren station. This is a great train ride, so enjoy the views!
The panoramic view from Frognerseteren is magnificent. We will slowly hike down towards King Olav’s trail and over the picturesque Fuglemyrene before reaching the top of Vettakollen mountain. On this tour you will find not only panoramic views, but also will explore the Norwegian forest: listen to birds singing and breath the scent of pines.
Vettakollen peak provides the best view to the city. The view from here is absolutely unbelievable! The summit offers a panorama of large parts of Oslo, the Oslo fjord, its coastline and many small islands. After enjoying this breathtaking Vettakollen view, we will stroll down to the metro station and finish our trip at Jernbanetorget, where we started.
