Wandering through the charming streets of Plovdiv, I was captivated by the mix of ancient architecture and vibrant street art. Enjoying some free time, I stopped at a cozy café and savored delicious local pastries while watching the world go by.

Exploring Plovdiv and Koprivshtitsa with our guide was a memorable experience, particularly as we wandered through the charming streets of Plovdiv during our free time. We especially loved visiting the ancient Roman theater, which was both awe-inspiring and a fantastic backdrop for photos. One minor suggestion would be to allow a bit more time in Koprivshtitsa to soak up its picturesque atmosphere, but overall, the trip was a wonderful way to break from Sofia and discover some beautiful Bulgarian culture together.

We appreciated the balance of guided insights and free time during our day trip. The transportation was smooth, making the journey from Sofia feel effortless, and Plovdiv’s vibrant atmosphere was a highlight. A little more time in Koprivshtitsa would have been nice, but overall, it was a fantastic way to experience two beautiful towns in one day.

We had an amazing time exploring the charming streets of Plovdiv in Bulgaria, where the Roman theater left us in awe. The guided tour was well-paced, allowing us plenty of free time to enjoy local delicacies and browse the artisan shops in Koprivshtitsa, though a bit more time would have been perfect.
