Once was considered as the pearl of Asia, Phnom Penh is rich in history and architecture. This half day tour takes you to explore the capital as it is, where Asian and Western styles met and created contemporary Phnom Penh.
Phnom Penh Sightseeing - Half Day
Our guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby around 08:00 (morning tour) or 13:00 (afternoon option) and take you on a half day tour.
Our first stop will be the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. The complex and attached 'Silver Pagoda' compound consist of several buildings, structures and gardens overlooking a riverfront park. Inside the Palace grounds, street sounds are silenced by the high walls and the various Royal buildings sit like ornate islands rising from the tranquil, manicured tropical gardens.
Close by is the National Museum, which is home to the world’s finest collection of Khmer sculpture – a millennium’s worth and more of masterful Khmer design.
After that, proceed to visit Wat Phnom - the namesake and symbol of the capital city of Phnom Penh before heading back to your hotel and the trip ends there around 12:00 or 17:00 depending on your option choosen.
