Meet on location: This experience has no pick-up service, customers have to make their way to our meeting point.

Please Note

The meeting point is at the Spinola Jetty in St. Julian's. It is very important that you arrive at the departure location 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time; this is imperative, and it’s required for both the briefing and the preparation needed to proceed with the flight. The boat cannot wait for any late arrivals; it will leave its base precisely 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time; therefore, please make sure you understand the timings well. The time of your flight is not the time when you need to arrive at the departure location; you need to make sure you arrive earlier, as indicated above, so you can avoid missing your session. On the vessel, the captain will always take the final decision concerning the safety of all guests. If the activity is cancelled due to safety concerns (poor weather conditions, rough seas, or strong winds), you will be offered to reschedule the activity for another day or a full refund. Solo travellers will always be flown in groups with other customers. It is also possible to fly together in groups of 2, 3, or 4 people (always at the captain's discretion, depending on weather conditions and safety assessments). When flying in groups of 2, 3, or 4 people, the combined weight of the guests, the general weather conditions, and other factors must be taken into consideration to safeguard the safety of all guests. The final decision on whether to fly as a group or not is always taken at the captain’s discretion. Children can participate in the parasailing activity, but they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to fly alone; therefore, they will be flying together with either one of their parents or both parents. The split-up is decided on the day of the activity, as it depends on the combined weight of the guests, the general weather conditions, and other factors. For families with children, we always manage to work out the best solution. Large luggage and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat. The total duration of the flight is approximately 12 minutes. The total duration of the activity is between 40 and 60 minutes (depending on the number of people booked for the session). Wheelchair users can also participate in this activity; assistance will be provided. This activity is not suitable for travellers with back problems, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women. This activity is not suitable for travellers who are prone to vertigo or dizziness.
