Gather at the exit of Gate 14 of People’s Square Metro Station (near the KFCentrance).The location is accessible via Metro Lines l, 2, or 8. Then, board anair-conditioned tourist bus to Shanghai Film Park.

At around 12:00, take a coach to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, one of China's four majorhistorical and cultural ancient towns.

7.Provide accurate name/phone when booking. The guide wil contact you by 10:00 PM theday before departure. lf unreachable, call the emergency contact.
8.Safety first: Supervise children and secure belongings. The agency is not liable forincidents during free time.
9.No compensation for delays caused by accidents/bad weather.
10.lllegal itinerary changes (e.g., unschedued stops) must be refused. Participation voidsyour contract with no refunds, and you bear all penalties incurred by the agency.
11.Strongly recommend travel insurance.
12.lf you have any quality complaints during your trip, please immediately call the qualityinspection and complaint hotline, or file a complaint through proper channels after returning.During the trip, you must not engage in any serious violations of tourism laws, such asblocking vehicles, forcibly occupying vehicles, or seizing aircraft for any reason.
13.Please complete the Customer Feedback Form accurately and submit it prior to tourconclusion. Unsubmited forms or post-tour claims conflicting with it will not be processed
