We'll start with a light walking in the garden of Olive Trees, telling the family history of our farm and estates. We'll see the old traditional secret room where we collect the Oil, followed by a visit to the authentical ancient cellar.
You'll learn how we make our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and how to read and recognize an original Italian Oil label.
As a conclusion, a great tasting through Italian Olive Oils from different regions: Tuscany, Liguria, Apulia, Veneto distinguishing them by sight, smell, and taste.
Oil tasting is paired with local cheeses called Monte Veronese (different aging) Salami from Valpolicella and fresh S.Anna bread.
Enjoy your visit on our amazing terrace with a unique view on the Valpolicella's hills!

We had a fantastic time exploring the lush gardens and learning about the intricacies of olive oil production. The tasting experience was delightful, offering a range of flavors that truly surprised us, and the stunning views from the terrace made the whole experience even more memorable. While we wished the transportation to the site had been a bit smoother, the charm of the surroundings more than made up for it.

We embarked on an immersive journey that beautifully intertwined the art of olive oil production with the tranquility of nature. The tasting session introduced us to an array of flavors, each distinct and reflective of the region’s agricultural heritage, while the stroll through the gardens offered a serene escape adorned with vibrant greenery. The panoramic views we encountered were a feast for the eyes, showcasing rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. However, we felt the pace was a bit rushed at times, which made it tricky to fully absorb the delightful surroundings and history narrated to us. Overall, this experience provided a lovely glimpse into local culture, perfect for families looking to connect with the land and its traditions.

We loved exploring the olive garden and taking in the stunning views while sampling various oils—it really brought the flavors of Valpolicella to life for us as a family. The only downside was that the walk felt a bit short, leaving us wanting more time to soak in the scenery.
