Whether you are an experienced angler or a beginner, you will be amazed by the diversity of marine life found in these waters.

You will be accompanied by local fishermen with deep knowledge of the sea and its traditions. Instead of modern fishing rods, you will practice traditional handline fishing (line and hook)—an ancestral technique used by ancient coastal cultures of Peru, dating back to pre-Inca and Inca times.

Using only a line, a hook, and skill, you will learn how local fishermen have sustainably harvested the sea for generations. This fishing method offers a more direct and authentic connection with the ocean and is suitable for both beginners and experienced anglers.

After an exciting time at sea, the experience continues with the preparation of your fresh catch on board. This is where Peruvian culinary magic takes center stage. There is no better way to enjoy your catch of the day than by preparing a fresh and delicious Peruvian ceviche.

The ceviche is prepared using traditional ingredients such as fresh fish, lime juice, red onion, chili pepper, cilantro, and of course sweet corn and sweet potato. Prepared by an experienced local chef, this moment becomes an authentic and memorable gastronomic experience.
