Cruising through the lagoon to Burano and Murano was a refreshing break from our business schedule, showcasing the vibrant artistry of local glassblowers. The only downside was the limited time at each stop, which left us wanting to explore more of Torcello’s charm.

Our time on the lagoon was memorable, especially as we glided past the stunning glass workshops in Murano. We loved wandering through Burano’s vibrant streets, where we stumbled upon a charming little bakery and indulged in freshly made biscuits. While the boat ride was mostly smooth, we did experience a bit of a wait before setting off, which slightly cut into our exploration time. The visit to Torcello was a nice contrast, with its serene atmosphere and ancient churches. Overall, the mix of culture and scenery made for a delightful afternoon with friends.

Exploring the colorful houses of Burano by boat was definitely the highlight of our time in the lagoon, and we loved wandering the charming streets of Murano. However, the tour felt a bit rushed on Torcello, leaving us wanting to soak in the tranquil atmosphere a little longer.
