sultanates. Malacca is also one of the oldest trading cities in the world which
is located strategically at the straits of Malacca, which attracted the attention

presence of these coloniser left a huge impact on the infrastructure, culture
and lifestyle of this marvellous city.
It was listed by UNESCO as the “World Heritage Site” back in 2008

Then you will head to the Dutch Square where the majestic salmon pink town
hall is located. The hall used to serve as the Dutch governor’s residence.
Today, Stadhuys hosts a museum showcasing a wide variety of Malaccan
artifacts. You will get a ride on the local Beca (decorated Trickshaw with
music) where a local rider will share some insides of the city and ride you

surviving gate of the Portuguese fortress, A Famosa. One of the oldest
European structures built in Southeast Asia dating back to the year 1511.
