Kayaking in the stunning Machonico Lakes was an unforgettable experience for our family, offering a unique chance to explore some of Neuquén’s hidden gems. We particularly loved gliding through the crystal-clear water, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and lush forests. The only downside was the occasional gust of wind that made paddling a bit challenging, but that didn’t diminish our excitement—every moment was worth it!

Paddling through the serene Machonico Lakes was a highlight of our family trip, as we discovered Neuquén’s hidden gems surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. One unforgettable moment was when we spotted a family of ducks gliding gracefully across the water; it felt like we were in a postcard. While the guide was knowledgeable, we would have appreciated a bit more time to explore each spot at our own pace, but overall, it was a fantastic experience that left us eager for more adventures.

We ventured out for an unexpected kayaking experience among the hidden lakes and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty that surrounded us. The transportation to the starting point was smooth, and our guide was enthusiastic, making sure we felt comfortable on the water. However, we did face some occasional wind which added a bit of challenge to our paddling, but the gems of the landscape made it all worthwhile.
