Next, for more of an adventure, you can climb the ancient stairs leading to the entrance of the cave system (272 steps in all), to get a magnificent view of Kuala Lumpur when you reach the top. Upon reaching down, you will be served fresh coconut water to refresh yourself after a tiring climb.
Then continue to Kanching Falls with its breathtaking seven-tiered waterfall. Enjoy the lush greenery of tropical rainforests and waterfalls accompanied by the calming sound of the rainforest. It will be bliss for nature lovers as they find their way through the lush flora and fauna surrounding these waterfalls. Batu Caves

The Batu Caves are known for the limestone rock inside which is more than 400 million years old. We’ll guide you through a comprehensive tour of the Caves’ and the many Hindu shrines around the area, including the wonderful main temple which is over a century old.

Ramayana Caves

With its hallucinogenic depictions of the Indian epic "Ramayana," no cave in Batu is more lavishly decorated than Ramayana Cave. To enter, walk past the 15-meter-tall, green statue of Hanuman and cross the bridge. The enormous statue of Kumbhakarna, the brother of Ravana, who is known for being deeply asleep (observe the attempts to revive him with arrows and cymbals) is unmistakable within. Ascend the stairs to a shrine adorned with a naturally occurring lingam, a Shiva-symbolizing stalagmite. Compared to the busier Temple Cave, Ramayana Cave is more serene; wander through the exquisitely painted and brightly lighted dioramas.

Kanching Rainforest Waterfall

Kanching Rainforest Waterfall, also known as Kanching Recreational Forest, is set in a forest reserve of nearly 500 hectares in the Rawang district just north of Kuala Lumpur. This forest park is a very popular spot for picnics, camping, swimming, and jungle walking especially at weekends.
