James Bond Island in Phang Nga Bay is a must do tour on any visit to Phuket. The area is located approximately 25kms North East of Phuket. It consists of numerous dramatic limestone cliffs rising sheer out of the sea, with the most famous Island being James Bond Island. Its needle formed limestock rock was featured in the 1974 James Bond Movie, 'The Man with the Golden Gun'.
The Muslim Fishing village on the Island of Koh Panyee is another popular spot in this area, so we will visit this village built on stilts over the water.
During the day you'll be given the opportunity for some canoeing through the jaw-dropping caves and in the mangrove jungles at the beautiful Hong Island. 'Hong' means 'room' in Thai and that is just what you'll feel at this lagoon surrounded by giant limestone rock formations - like you're in a 'room'.
