Our day trip from Kandy to the stunning plains of Horton was nothing short of enchanting. We were particularly captivated by the vibrant tea plantations in Nuwara Eliya, where the rolling hills and lush greenery made for amazing photo opportunities. The wildlife sightings along the way added an unexpected thrill; spotting a deer or two in their natural habitat felt like an authentic experience. While the transportation was mostly comfortable, we did find that the drive could be a bit longer than anticipated at times. Overall, we left with wonderful memories of breathtaking views and a deeper appreciation for the local culture.
