Stage 1

Tour starts at the meeting point and heading to Besbarmaq Mountain.
Stop at: Besbarmaq Mountain. Guests will take time as much as they want to take photos and experience this special atmosphere of Khizi and Beshbarmag mountains.
Driving distance from Baku to this place is 1 hour.
Guests will spent 30 minutes here. Tour continues to Candy Cane Mountains

Stage 2

Next destination is Candy Cane Mountains. Driving distance from Beshbarmaq Mountains to the planned destination is 40 minutes.
Guests will enjoy the beautiful natural landscape in Candy Cane Mountains located between the towns of Altiaghaj and Khizi. Candy Cane Mountains are popularly called for their similarity in color to sugar candies in purple stains. The astonishing colours are said to be due to groundwater that’s altered the oxidation state of iron compounds within the rock. We spent here 1 hour and we depart to Chiraq Qala.

Stage 3

Our last visiting place is Chirag Gala. Driving distance is at least 40 minutes from the Candy Cane Mountains to that spot. Chiraq Qala means lamp castle in Azerbaijani is a ruined ancient fortress overlooking the Caspian coastal plains north of Baku in Azerbaijan. It is located on the top of a mountain, in the Guba Forest. It was constructed by the Sassanid Persians in the 5th century, it was used as a defense for the khanate of Quba in the 18th century.
We spent 30 minutes here and return back to Baku. Driving distance from here to Baku is at least 2 hours.
Our general tour duration will take 6 hours together with driving distances and spending time in the sightseeings

  • This tour includes visits to Candy Cane and Beshbarmag Mountains, where walking takes place on natural rocky and inclined terrain formed by sedimentary and limestone formations. For comfort and safety, guests are kindly requested to wear closed-toe footwear with firm, non-slip soles. Moderate walking is involved.
  • We can pick up the guests from the hotel or appoint 2 main meeting points and take the guests from Qosha Qala Qapisi (Double Gates) which is the main entrance for the Old City and Nizami Metro station which is at the center of Baku and near all hotels around. Your guide will be waiting at these points with the sign of Visit Land Azerbaijan
