Your guide will remind you and potentially provide you with the ticket.1 -Camel rideFrom here you will continue on camel-back into the desert and to a panoramic vantage point on all three pyramids.2 -Pyramids of Chephren and MykerinosContinue your tour with visits to the Pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Learn the architectural significance and fascinating history of these magnificent structures.3 -The Great SphinxAfterwards, continue on toward the Great Sphinx. The Sphinx has the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body and dates back to the time of Chephren. This sphinx was made to guard the pyramids of King Chefren. Next, visit the Valley Temple which belonged to the Pyramids of Chephren. The temple acted as a place for the purification and mummification process of the king before burial.

Start your tour at the Egyptian Museum. Designed by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon, the museum is located in a handsome neo-classical building on famous Tahrir Square. Its collections exceed 120,000 masterpieces, ranging from the pre-dynastic era, to the Pharaonic and Greco-Roman periods. Undoubted highlights are the collection of rare treasures of King Tutankhamen, and the Mummies Room, which you can enter for a small extra charge.

1 -Pyramids of Giza

Pyramids Sphinx Egyptian Museum Bazaar

Continue to the Great Pyramids of Giza and Great Sphinx, the oldest of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World, and the last still standing. Explore the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Your guide will describe the story of their monumental construction, and tell you about their mysteries, before you explore inside one of the pyramids (to enter inside the Cheops and Chephren pyramids an additional optional ticket is needed, your guide will remind you, or you can choose to add it during the booking process).

2 -Sphinx & Valley Temple

Proceed to the Great Sphinx, imposingly standing in the desert sand after thousands of years. Admire the colossal structure, before moving to the Valley Temple of King Chephren.
