- You can also be picked up from a private address other than hotels in Porto & Vila Nova de Gaia downtown area/city center only (Matosinhos cities are outside pick-up limits).
- Please contact us with your hotel/address if you are not able to input it during the checkout stage.
- Our pick-ups happen between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM (the time window for all client pick-ups), so we advise our clients to always aim to be ready at 8:00 AM in advance.
