The Fireflies and the Blue Tears Tour in Kuala Selangor is a renowned eco-tourism activity that offers visitors the opportunity to observe the enchanting display of numerous fireflies illuminating on the mangrove trees. We will commence the pick-up process from your hotel located in the City Centre at approximately 04:30 pm. Upon reaching, your first destination will be the Melawati Hills, which was formerly a formidable stronghold constructed to protect the nation. Here, you will witness the Altingburg Lighthouse, offering a magnificent vista of the Straits of Malacca. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to encounter the distinct Silver Leaf Monkey, which is an Old-World monkey species, primarily found in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia. The infant primates are first born with a golden colour, which gradually changes to the same black shade as the mature monkeys. Upon concluding your excursion to Melawati Hill, you will be indulged with a delectable Seafood Set Dinner comprised of Chinese Fried Rice, Corn Flakes Prawns, Sweet Sour Fish Fillet, Omelette, and Soy Sauce Chicken.

Around 7:45 pm, we will start the fireflies tour, which occurs along the riverside of the Selangor River. You will partake in a river excursion, accompanied by experienced boatmen. The boats are outfitted with silent electric motors in order to prevent any disruption to the firefly. You will cruise through the mangrove forest with the opportunity to observe the stunning spectacle of fireflies lighting up the trees looks like a sparkling Christmas Trees in the forest. These amazing creatures attract thousands of people from all around the world to witness them.

Then, you will advance to the Blue Tears encounter. Blue tears, or bioluminescent plankton, are a natural occurrence in which specific forms of phytoplankton generate a blue glow when they are agitated. Observing these bioluminescents can be a remarkable and captivating encounter for tourists desiring to establish a connection with the natural world.
