Visit one of Europe's most important spiritual and pilgrimage sites.In this half-day tour, you will learn interesting facts about the Apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima to the three little shepherds, Lúcia, Francisco, and Jacinta, in 1917. Besides, you will learn the importance of these events for the Portuguese society even today.See closely the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica where the tombs of the three cousins are located. In a recent modern construction, do not forget to visit the Holy Trinity Church.In the Shrine of Fatima, you can also find a fragment of the Berlin Wall. The piece of the Iron Curtain has been in Fátima since 1994 and was donated by a Portuguese immigrant in Germany at the time of the fall of the wall that divided the world.Before returning, enjoy the free time for religious activities and to attend Mass.

Stage 1

Depart your Nairobi Hotel and drive to the Hells Gate National Park with stops at view points to marvel at the scenic Great rift valley escarpment. Hell’s Gate is one of Kenya's smaller National Parks, which can be explored on foot and do some cycling. Arrive at the gate of Hell's Gate around mid morning, start biking tour within hell's gate, some people will opt to drive which is also allowed. Animals seen here include Bushbucks, Dikdiks, Giraffes, Gazelles, Gnus, Hartebeests, Impalas, Klipspringers, Buffaloes, Hyraxes, Zebras, Hyenas, Jackals, Mongooses, Baboons, Monkeys and Porcupines amongst others. The park has historically been an important home for the rare lammergeyer vultures. See the view of gorges, capture beautiful panoramas of the gorge's small thin depressions of land mass from outside. then head to Lake Naivasha.

Stage 2

Then at 1pm have Lunch (own expense-available for purchase) . At 2pm, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Lake Naivasha (for option selected )where you can see some of the local wildlife which includes hippos, buffalo, fish eagles, pelicans and much more for 1 hour. End of the tour drive back to Nairobi arriving around 6pm.
