- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair accessible
- Please note that only guests aged 10 – 60 are allowed to participate in the activity.
- Please note that to access the river you need to walk through stairs down around 15 minutes and about the same time on the way up at finish point
- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity
Pregnant women, High blood pressure, heart problems, asthma, Epilepsy , acrophobia
- Life vests are supplied, and you have to wear it all the time during rafting activity
- Rafting will led by an instructor to ensure your comfort and safety
- Duration of rafting will last in about 3 hours including descent, ascent river and lunch .If you choose with hotel transfer duration will be approx. 4 - 5 hours and around 6 - 8 hours if you choose swing/ monkey forest tour options

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event
