Booking Instructions
- All orders require secondary confirmation of availability. Please book at least three days in advance.
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If this minimum is not met, our customer service will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund. Please note that our company will not be held liable for any further compensation.
- Your dedicated guide will contact you the evening before your departure to confirm your pickup location and the number of participants. (Please remember to include infants in the count, as overloading the vehicle will result in the inability to depart.)
- The complimentary pickup and drop-off service is limited to the main urban area. Pickups outside this zone cannot be arranged.
Surcharge Notice
- If any optional activities incur an additional cost, the surcharge must be paid before the tour departs.
- For any surcharges that arise during the tour itself, payment must be settled with your driver/guide before the tour concludes.
How to Redeem
On the day of your tour, please arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time (we recommend arriving 10 minutes early) with a valid photo ID (e.g., ID Card, HK/Macau Passport, or International Passport) ready to present to your driver.
