👥 Groups and Tour Confirmation

• Minimum Participants: The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If this number is not reached, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
• Maximum Group Size: The limit is set at 8 guests per guide to guarantee a personalized experience. We can show flexibility (1–2 extra guests) to avoid separating family/group bookings; the tour may still depart with fewer than 6 people.

🛣️ Route, Safety, and Variations

• Route: Approximately 60% of the tour takes place on the historic Appian Way (Via Appia Antica). The route is carefully selected. However, it is important to note that vehicular traffic on open roads is unavoidable during the stretch connecting the Appian Way to Lake Albano.
• Lunch Break: A stop for lunch is planned. You will have the flexibility to choose and purchase local specialties; costs generally range between €20 and €30 per person.
• Itinerary Variations: In the event of celebrations, official events, or public demonstrations, the operator reserves the right to substitute one or more itinerary highlights to ensure the safety of the group.

⚠️ Suitability, Experience, and Discretion

• Riding Experience: An intermediate level of cycling experience is mandatory.
• Test and Denial: A short assessment test will be carried out before departure. The guide has the absolute right to deny participation (without refund) to any guest deemed unsuitable due to insufficient riding skills or precarious physical/mental conditions.
