Discovering the hot springs at Pamukkale was a highlight of our trip from İzmir in Turkey, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and ancient history. The ancient ruins of Hierapolis provided a fascinating contrast to the stunning white terraces, making it easy to appreciate both the geological and cultural significance of the area. While the timing of the tour felt a bit rushed at times, especially with so much to see, our guide was knowledgeable and kept things engaging throughout the day. We particularly loved wandering among the ruins and taking photos of the beautiful travertine pools, which truly felt magical. Just be prepared for a bit of a trek, as navigating the site can be a workout, but the experience is well worth it.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring the hot springs and ancient ruins of Hierapolis, with the breathtaking scenery of Pamukkale creating a memorable backdrop. While the transportation was comfortable, we did find the lengthy travel time from İzmir in Turkey a bit tiring for the kids.

We soaked in the stunning views of the terraced pools, marveling at their beauty and the unique thermal experience. While the day was mostly fantastic, we found the large crowds a bit overwhelming at times, which took away from the serenity of the hot springs.
