Wrapped up warm, depart from your El Calafate hotel in the morning in a heated vehicle. Following a scenic drive past numerous Patagonian ranches, arrive at Lake Roca and board a boat for a scenic cruise.

On arrival at the lake, board a motorized boat and start the second part of your advanced hike after disembarkation.
